When Shaina, founder of Real Beauty Development, came to me, she had a clear vision: a soft, feminine space that reflected her brand values while showcasing her team, her treatments, and her products. What she needed was a website that could bring all of that together—strategic, beautiful, and easy to use.
The Challenge
RBD had grown into a powerful business with a talented team, an expansive service menu, and a curated product line. But her old website wasn’t as visually appealing or cohesive as it could be. It didn’t match the elevated experience she and her team deliver in person, and it wasn’t guiding clients naturally toward booking or purchasing.
As I always remind clients: a confused mind says no.
The Process
Working alongside Shaina, we reimagined the RBD online experience from the ground up. My approach blended both design and strategy:
- Clarity first: We simplified and restructured the ENTIRE service menu so clients could quickly understand their options and make confident decisions.
- Strategic flow: Each page was mapped out to guide visitors seamlessly—from learning about the team, to browsing treatments, to booking or shopping.
- E-commerce integration: I set up a clean, streamlined shop through Squarespace, making it easy to sell and ship products directly.
- Soft, feminine design: With curated colors, fonts, and layouts, we created a look that was polished, inviting, and unmistakably RBD.
Why Squarespace
One of Shaina’s biggest concerns was technology—she worried she wasn’t “tech-savvy” enough to keep up with managing a new site. That’s why I recommended Squarespace. With its intuitive dashboard and straightforward tools, she’s now able to update her services, manage her shop, and make changes with ease. What once felt overwhelming is now empowering.
The Result
The finished site gave Real Beauty Development a professional, elevated online home that works just as hard as Shaina and her team do in the treatment room. It’s cohesive, visually stunning, and strategically built to convert visitors into loyal clients and customers—while giving Shaina the confidence to maintain and grow it on her own.
Please note- I empower my clients to make changes on their own – site may not be in the same shape as first launched.
